Lane County Health & Human Services
Our partnership with this more than 800 person and 10 division department of Lane County has been extensive, effective and valued. We have worked to brand efforts, create engaging materials, and create strategic outreach materials including videos, podcasts and webpages. Our efforts have been targeted to both internal and external audiences. In addition, our team has been instrumental in assisting this organization with public information and media relations during times of need. Most recently we were hired to be their interim Public Information Officer while an employee was out on parental leave.
Results: We were instrumental in developing materials to engage internal audiences with a strategic plan designed to engage and inspire employees. Our efforts created the highest level of engagement for employees for any strategic plan effort. In addition, our efforts in creating branding for Human Services gave employees effective materials to use with key stakeholders like legislators and elected leaders.
