Lauriene joins the Funk/Levis team as a Project Manager who loves bringing many moving parts together to make good work happen. Her background spans community program management, public-sector work, nonprofit initiatives and events, with the common thread of navigating multifaceted projects and turning big concepts into thoughtful, well-executed results. She enjoys creating order out of complexity, keeping people connected and helping bring great ideas to life. A natural collaborator and problem-solver, Lauriene brings a people-centered approach to every project, along with a genuine appreciation for the relationships that make great work possible.
Outside of work, Lauriene loves traveling, playing soccer, practicing yoga and just about anything that gets her outside (especially in the sunshine). Raised in Eugene, she holds a B.A. in Art History & Visual Culture Studies from Whitman College.

With an even split between Gold and Green, Lauriene brings equal parts organization and curiosity to project management. She appreciates a solid plan with clear next steps and the details that keep projects on track, but is always looking for the smarter way to get there. Her Orange keeps her flexible when priorities shift or plans change, while her Blue reflects her genuine care about the people she’s working with. She’s at her best when she can create structure (she loves a well-organized spreadsheet) while still leaving room for collaboration, curiosity and a little fun.
